Do you ever find yourself opening and closing the kitchen cabinets looking for food, even when you are not hungry? Are you ever stressed at work and unconsciously reach for your phone to lose yourself in social media? You are not alone. We all have something we fall back on even when we know better. These unhealthy habits hold us back from being our best selves. In this session, we will explore how habits – both positive and negative – have a powerful effect on our lives. We will explore why these habits persist even when they are not healthy for us and review strategies for managing and changing these unwanted habits.
